We had a sudden and unexpected medical situation with a loved one. The scariest thing is finding quality, trustworthy, and caring in-home care for a vulnerable loved one. Jacque and Serving You Home Care is Amazing! Our loved one's caretaker Noreen had the kindest eyes...that is the first thing I noticed. We loved that Jacque and Noreen came out to our loved one's home and met us all before Noreen started. We all felt comfortable during that first meeting. Noreen played games with our Loved one, danced with her, watched movies, and most of all stayed the night to make sure nothing happened for 3 weeks. She even made sure our loved one was up and eating breakfast before leaving in the morning. We especially appreciated daily reports that Noreen emailed each day even though we had not thought to ask for them. This agency is currently taking wonderful care of my mother who is battling a chronic illness. My mother is not the easiest person to please, so it says a lot that both my mother and I are very happy with the service Jacque and her caregivers provide.
